The Oak tree : B&B in Lannion, Brittany : Le Grand Chêne (the bigt Oak-tree) is a detached, quiet and delightful modern Villa with loads of charm, set in a beautiful flowered garden, on the outskirts of Lannion in northern Brittany. We offer a comfortable relaxed atmosphere with en suite facilities for one room, central heating, ample parking space and a patio and garden area for sitting in the Summer. The pink Granit coast and the beaches are just 10 mins away. It is conveniently situated for the town centre, and represents an ideal base for visiting Brittany's Northern coastline and treasures with plenty of local shops and places where to eat nearby. We speak fluent English, German, Italian, Spanish and fluent Breton. We have two double rooms available for booking. Each room comes with a little lounge, a private bath-room, and toilet. Both rooms are available individually as single or double rooms. Little dogs are admitted. Our normal rates range from 40 € to 48€ per night, per room. Our prices include continental breakfast.
